About DLR Discovery

DLR Discovery started in the summer of 2018, with the introduction of a special tourist service operating between Tower Gateway and Cutty Sark. This service connected two major tourist areas in East London together, It gave a unique opportunity to promote areas around the DLR to both tourist, the local community or train enthusiasts.

DLR Discovery is part of the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) customer engagement program. It is designed to help customers explore the DLR and the surrounding areas.

DLR Discovery runs annual events across the network. The aim is to explore different ways to connect with passengers and to make it an unforgettable experience. Imagination is a key to discover something amazing.
